Custom esports jerseys for squads of 10 to 200

Quick answer: DYEWAVE makes custom esports team jerseys by sublimation on 100% polyester — the standard construction for esports jerseys — in batches of 10 to 200 pieces. Each jersey can carry a different gamertag in one full-color design with sponsor logos. Jerseys cost $18 each for 10–49 pieces, delivered duty paid (DDP) to a US address, air shipping and import duties included. You approve a digital proof first; production takes 5–10 days, then about 9 days by air — about 2–3 weeks in total.

Why esports jerseys are sublimated

Look at any pro team's jersey and you are looking at sublimation. The reason is practical: a jersey design is not a logo on a blank shirt. It is a full graphic — gradients, patterns, sponsor logos, player names — that has to wrap the whole garment and survive a season of wear and washing.

Sublimation is how that is done. Heat turns the ink into a gas that dyes the polyester fibers directly, so the artwork becomes part of the fabric:

  • Full-color designs seam to seam — front, back and sleeves are one continuous graphic
  • Sponsor logos printed in full color as part of the design, not patches or transfers
  • Nothing to crack or peel, however many times the jersey is washed
  • A soft hand: you cannot feel the print, so the jersey wears like a plain shirt
  • Light polyester suited to long sessions and stage lights

Until now, getting this construction usually meant a teamwear supplier with a high minimum or a long catalog process. DYEWAVE runs the same construction in batches starting at 10.

Sized for how teams actually roster

A starting five, two subs, a coach and a manager is nine people. Add an academy roster, staff and a run of supporter jerseys and you might reach 60. Both ends of that are normal orders here: our range is 10 to 200 pieces per design.

Every jersey in the batch can carry a different gamertag and role. Gamertags are part of the artwork, so a roster change next split does not mean a new print method — it means a new batch with an updated roster, in the same design.

Small brands and content teams use the same route: test a jersey design in a batch of 10–20 before committing to a larger run.

04

Production

5–10 days to print and pack.

Pricing

10–49 jerseys: $18 per jersey, delivered duty paid.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means the price includes air shipping and US import duties. Nothing extra is due when the box arrives.

50–200 jerseys: quoted on request. Send your quantity, design and delivery date for a per-jersey quote.

Honest limits, stated up front

Sublimation only works on polyester — which is the standard fabric for esports jerseys, but it means we do not offer cotton versions. Sublimation colors are transparent, so designs look brightest on white and light fabrics. We offer 8 fabric colors to choose from. Dark, saturated team designs are common in esports; the way to handle them is at the proof stage, where we will show you how the design sits on the chosen fabric color and flag anything that will not show well before you pay for production.

FAQ

Common questions

Why are esports jerseys made with sublimation?

Sublimation dyes the design into polyester fibers, so a full-color graphic — patterns, gradients, sponsor logos and gamertags — becomes part of the fabric, seam to seam, with nothing to crack or peel. It is the standard construction for esports jerseys.

Can every jersey have a different gamertag?

Yes. Gamertags are part of the artwork, so each jersey in the batch can carry a different gamertag within the same team design.

What is the minimum order?

10 jerseys per design. We work in batches of 10 to 200 pieces, which covers a single squad through to a full organization with staff and supporter jerseys.

How much do custom esports jerseys cost?

$18 per jersey for 10–49 pieces, delivered duty paid to a US address. For 50–200 pieces, send your details for a quote.

How long does an order take?

Production takes 5–10 days after you approve the proof, then about 9 days by air to the US — roughly 2–3 weeks in total.
