Custom running club shirts, from just 10 pieces

Quick answer: DYEWAVE makes custom sublimated polyester running shirts in batches of 10 to 200 pieces. Shirts cost $18 each for 10–49 pieces, delivered duty paid (DDP) to a US address — air shipping and import duties included. You approve a digital proof first; production takes 5–10 days, then about 9 days by air, for a total of about 2–3 weeks.

Built for clubs that order like clubs

A running club is not a corporation ordering 500 identical shirts. It is 14 people on a Saturday run, then 23 by the time the race comes around. Most print shops price and plan for large, uniform orders, which leaves small clubs choosing between a big minimum they cannot use and a cheap print that cracks by mid-season.

DYEWAVE starts at 10 pieces per design. That is sized for a real roster: your core group now, a second batch when new members join, and a fresh design for race season without reordering hundreds.

Names, numbers and full color — dyed in, not stuck on

Every runner's shirt can carry their name and number inside one full-color design. Because the print is sublimation, personalization is part of the artwork itself, not a vinyl layer added afterward.

In sublimation, heat turns the ink into a gas that dyes the polyester fibers directly. The design becomes part of the fabric:

  • Nothing on the surface to crack or peel, wash after wash
  • A soft hand — you cannot feel the print when you run your hand over it
  • Full-color designs printed seam to seam, so side panels, sleeves and back all carry the artwork
  • Light, quick-drying 100% polyester — the fabric runners actually want to train in

Prints that sit on top of the fabric (screen print, film and vinyl) add a layer. That layer is what stiffens, cracks and eventually peels. A sublimated shirt has no layer to fail.

How ordering works

01

Send your design

your club logo, artwork or idea, plus quantities, sizes and your deadline. Each runner's name and number goes into the artwork at this stage.

02

Approve the proof

we send a digital mockup of the finished shirt. Nothing is made until you approve it.

03

Pay one invoice

one invoice from our US company, with shipping and duties already included in the price.

04

Production

5–10 days to print and pack your shirts.

05

Air delivery

about 9 days by air, duties paid, to your US address.

From proof approval to your door: about 2–3 weeks. If you are ordering against a race date, tell us the date when you ask for a quote so we can plan around it.

Pricing

10–49 shirts: $18 per shirt, delivered duty paid.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means the price includes air shipping and US import duties. There is nothing extra to pay when the box arrives.

50–200 shirts: quoted on request. Send your quantity, design and delivery date and we will quote a per-shirt price for your order.

Honest limits, stated up front

Sublimation only works on polyester, so we do not make cotton shirts. Sublimation colors are also transparent, which means full-color designs look brightest on white and light fabrics. We offer 8 fabric colors to choose from, and if a design and fabric color will not show well together, we will flag it at the proof stage — before anything is printed, not after.

FAQ

Common questions

What is the minimum order for running club shirts?

10 shirts per design. Our focus is batches of 10 to 200 pieces.

Can each shirt have a different name and number?

Yes. Names and numbers are part of the artwork, so each shirt in the batch can carry a different name and number within the same full-color design.

How much do custom running club shirts cost?

$18 per shirt for 10–49 pieces, delivered duty paid to a US address. For 50–200 pieces, send your details for a quote.

How long does an order take?

Production takes 5–10 days after you approve the proof, then about 9 days by air to the US — roughly 2–3 weeks in total.

Will the print crack or peel after washing?

No. In sublimation the ink dyes the polyester fibers themselves, so the design is part of the fabric rather than a layer on top of it. There is nothing to crack or peel.
