Staff shirts for a crew of 10 — or a company of 200
The small-business gap
Most uniform and print suppliers are set up for large headcounts. A café with 12 staff, a gym with 18 trainers, a food truck crew of 10 — these orders fall below the minimums, or get priced like an afterthought. The usual fallback is a plain shirt with a small chest logo that cracks in the wash within the season.
DYEWAVE starts at 10 pieces per design. That is not a sample size or a trial tier; it is the order size our whole process is built around. And when the business grows — a second location, a seasonal team, a rebrand — the same design runs again in the next batch, from 10 up to 200 pieces.
A shirt that works as signage
Sublimation prints in full color, seam to seam. For a business, that changes what a staff shirt can do: your brand colors across the whole garment, the logo large on the back, a menu, a service list or a QR-style graphic worked into the design itself. Staff become easy to spot in a crowd, at a market stall or across a gym floor — and promo shirts for giveaways carry the full design, not a reduced version of it.
In sublimation, heat turns the ink into a gas that dyes the 100% polyester fibers. The design becomes part of the fabric:
- Nothing to crack or peel — the design lasts as long as the shirt, through commercial washing routines
- A soft hand: staff cannot feel the print, and neither can customers
- Full-color printing with no per-color setup changing the price as the design gets bolder
- Light, quick-drying polyester for active jobs and warm workplaces
How ordering works
Send your design
logo, artwork or a rough idea, plus quantities and sizes. If all you have is a logo, say so; the proof step is where the layout comes together.
Approve the proof
we send a digital mockup of the finished shirt. Nothing is made until you approve it.
Pay one invoice
one invoice from our US company, with shipping and duties already included. No separate freight bill and no charges on delivery — the number you approve is the number you pay.
Production
5–10 days to print and pack.
Air delivery
about 9 days by air, duties paid, to your US address.
From proof approval to your door: about 2–3 weeks. Opening a location or staffing an event on a date? Tell us the date with your quote request.
Pricing
10–49 shirts: $18 per shirt, delivered duty paid.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means air shipping and US import duties are included in that price. For a business budget, that is the point: one delivered price, one invoice, nothing extra when the box arrives.
50–200 shirts: quoted on request. Send your quantity, design and delivery date for a per-shirt price.
Honest limits, stated up front
Sublimation only works on polyester, so we do not make cotton workwear. Sublimation colors are transparent, meaning designs look brightest on white and light fabrics. We offer 8 fabric colors to choose from, and if your brand colors will not show well on the fabric color you picked, we will flag it at the proof stage — before production, while it can still be changed.
Common questions
What is the minimum order for staff shirts?
10 shirts per design. We work in batches of 10 to 200 pieces — a single crew through to a full company rollout.
How much do custom staff shirts cost?
$18 per shirt for 10–49 pieces, delivered duty paid to a US address. For 50–200 pieces, send your details for a quote.
What does delivered duty paid mean for my budget?
The price already includes air shipping and US import duties, and you pay one invoice from our US company. There are no extra charges when the shirts arrive.
How long does an order take?
Production takes 5–10 days after you approve the proof, then about 9 days by air to the US — roughly 2–3 weeks in total.
Will the design hold up to repeated washing?
The design is dyed into the polyester fibers rather than sitting on top of the fabric, so there is no print layer to crack or peel. The shirt wears out before the design does.
